They definitely work in the full version. It wouldnt surprise me if no cymbals sounding were due to the demo. It really does let you build that easily. Our reviewer thinks that XLN Audio has done a terrific job of improving on the original and explains why in this in-depth review. So yes, you can just create patterns Drums 1, Drums 2, Drums 3, Drum Fill 1, Drum Fill 2, etc., and just slap them into place in the playlist. Once you set it to POST fader only then the channel is going full volume into S1 instead of hitting the Master inserts in AD2. Additive Drums 2 is the successor to Additive Drums. He needs to turn down the channels in AD2 before the transform to not clip. It REALLY depends what you want processed whether its Pre or Post or Pre+Master or Post+Master. Post fader+Master will simply include the master buss inserts as well me thinksģ. This lets the MASTER which we can't defeat now to simply be the Effects return in AD to a recorded track which is nice actually.Ģ.

If I set all the parts to Post Fader then they will all be individual plus any INSERT from AD I want to use. This is the SAME as well for EZ2, Superior 3 and SSD5 here BTW so that is a S1 change that has happened.ġ. I see now that the Master channel is now permanently enabled as an S1 Input form the Drum Plugin. Since the OP mentionned that there is clipping during rendering and that the Master channel cannot be removed from the routing, the "pre or post-fader - No Master" (the green or orange channel routing icons in AD2, i don't remember) is probably preferable, Yes all options work but since AD2's Master channel is now permanently enabled as a S1 input and can't be removed there is probably no need to use the pre and post-fader + Master options in AD2. Patrickviens wrote shanabit wroteI select Pre or Post fader in AD2 and everything is fine here If I deselect the Master Out first, before selecting others. I haven't been deselecting the Master Out, which becomes greyed out when you select the individual outputs. I *have* been doing that part of it, but with one small difference. THIS is why you have to ENABLE those outputs in the S1 mixer so S1 can SEE them, make sense? *If you have selected the individual outs in AD then try and do an audio Transform it is looking or the STEREO MASTER output which you have in fact changed to a Separate outputs pre or post fade so S1 sees NOTHING at that point. Enable those outputs as the new INPUTS to S1s mixer Enable the OUTPUTS from AD2 as you have doneĢ. That is the part where you are enabling those inputs into S1 if you will.ġ. The part you are missing is probably where you are NOT selecting the outputs from AD for the instrument in the mixer, Make sure Instruments is showing in the mixer then click on the AD instrument just once and it will open up those outputs for each one, select those new inputs then you can do the transform to audio.
